We are one story with indoor laundry facilities in each unit and are in a central location to shopping, entertainment and medical facilities.
Pinewood Village is composed of 16 residential buildings, 111 units, a clubhouse, and a heated swimming pool that is open from dawn to dusk. The 111 units are comprosed of 40 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units, and 71 2 bedroom
2 bathroom units.
A variety of activites occur throughout the year and vary from year to year and time of year.
The landscaping consists of many mature oak trees and palm trees with several varieties present. Two convenient centrally located mailbox stations make for easy access to both incoming and outgoing mail. Each unit has covered
parking and an exterior storage space.
