The Association

Pinewood Village is a 55+ adult community located in Clearwater, Florida, at 601 N Hercules Avenue. Pinewood Village is composed of 16 residential buildings, 111 units, a Clubhouse and a heated swimming pool that is open from dawn to dusk. The 111 units are comprised of 40 1 bedroom -1 bathroom units, and 71 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom units. The landscaping consists of many mature oak trees and palm trees with several varieties present. Two convenient centrally located mailbox stations make for easy access to both incoming and outgoing mail. Each unit has covered parking and an exterior storage space.

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month there is a board of Director's meeting at 7:00PM at the club house, 601 N Hercules Ave, Clearwater, Florida. All owners are invited to attend.
